Design Sprints & Innovation Initiative

Led and spearheaded UX Initiative to streamline design sprint process within Industries UX team. Created the action plan, planned the milestones and success criteria for the initiative.

Mentorship

Actively mentoring colleagues, team members & friends. Mentor at WinD Mentor Circle Salesforce. I follow both structured and organic approach on need basis. I practice empathy and active listening to help understand mentees' unique challenges and provide tailored guidance.
